INdividual Mindfulness sessions
Our minds are forever elsewhere in this new digital era, and slowing down and regaining control over our attention can be transformative. If you are a performer looking for better focus and concentration, or you’re just someone interested in being more present in life, these sessions are for you.
What to expect:
Weekly, 60-minute sessions with a Compass Performance Coach aimed at cultivating mindfulness and presence in all of life’s activities.
Group Workshops
The quest of a group to be greater than the sum of its parts is no easy feat. These group workshops aim to bring groups together to experience and learn, so they can walk away with mental performance tools to help perform at their best.
What to expect:
Options for 90-minute, half-day, and full-day workshops tailored to the specific needs of the group.
Total Team Support
Sports seasons can be mentally taxing without the proper support. Every team could benefit from a coach dedicated specifically to mental performance.
What to expect:
Weekly mental performance workshops, unlimited individual sessions, and a compass performance coach on the sideline for game day from the start of pre-season to the final game.
